Travel
To-and-fro air tickets of the economic class of the shortest routes will be provided to all participants and resource persons, except for the local participants and resource persons (participants and resource persons from Thailand).
Accommodation
Accommodation will be booked for participants and resource persons in AITCC for the duration of the workshop, except for the locals (participants and resource persons from Thailand).
Daily Subsidence Allowance and Honorarium
Daily Subsidence Allowance (DSA) will be provided to participants as per the APN rules. The honorarium will also be provided to resource persons. One day extra DSA will be provided to overseas participants to compensate for their visa application fee, local transport, and any other cost incurred while traveling to and staying in Thailand.
Thailand Covid Policy for Foreign Travelers
As per the notification of the Government of Thailand, with effect from 1 July 2022, all foreign tourists traveling to Thailand must produce a COVID-19 vaccination certificate in addition to the required travel documents (passport, visa, etc.). Alternatively, unvaccinated or partially vaccinated tourists must produce a negative RT-PCR test or professional ATK within 72 hours of travel to Thailand. The participants will be informed further if the Government of Thailand changes the existing travel policy concerning the COVID-19.
