Mr. Guilberto Borongan from the Waste Management Cluster presented a paper on 'Comparative of 3R Governance in Asia', and served as a panelist for the Global Waste Management Conference 2017. The conference was organised by the Confexhub-Though Leader Network Solutions on 1-2 August 2017 at Bangkok, with the theme "Building Sustainability in an Urbanized World through Strategic Waste Management."
