​Twenty-seven representatives participated in a two-day capacity-building workshop on preventing plastic leakage from recycling activities. The workshop combined technical sessions, field visits and stakeholder dialogue to strengthen participants' understanding of plastic-leakage pathways and practical prevention measures. ​
