​RRC.AP participated at COP 25 by sharing insights and progress from its work in capacity building for city-based climate change and disaster risk resilience. The event compiled insights from various initiatives and offered lessons on strengthening urban resilience through the Educational Partnerships for Innovation in Communities Network (EPIC-N) approach. The event was held at the Japan Pavilion and included representatives of the Global Adaptation Network (GAN), the Asia Pacific Adaptation Network (APAN), the Educational Partnerships for Innovation in Communities (EPIIC-N), the EPIC Africa Regional Network. It highlighted the links between municipal and academic institutions to address the resilience needs of cities in developing countries, along with the important role of AIT through the RRC.AP in facilitating these partnerships vis-à-vis its capacity building services.
